Top Ten - Best Zombie Movies Of All Time

 Are you a fan of zombie movies? I am listing down my favorite zombie movies of all time. Feel free to share your stand about my list and even you can post your own top ten list.
NOTE : not in any particular order

• Night Of The Living Dead

Undoubtedly, the greatest zombie movie of all time. It is hard to think about any serious horror fan who haven't seen this movie. Interestingly, the dead things are never referred as 'zombies' in the movie. Don't forget the fact that this movie was released 30 years ago. 

• Zombieland

One of the best horror comedies of all time. It is the most notable zombie comdies of the last decade. As far as box office is considered, this is the most successful zombie movie of all time. Zombieland directed by Ruben Fleischer can be stated as an American answer to the movie 'Shaun Of The Dead'.

• Dead Alive

 This movie is a cinematic masterpiece which has got many terrifying and hilarious stuffs (Those who have seen it must have got it). Notably, the cast of this movie was terrible, which has helped this movie in one or other way. And this movie comes from the director Peter Jackson who is known for 'The Lord Of The Rings' series and 'King Kong'.

• Dead Snow

 When a Norwegian movie takes a place in this list, you can imagine how good it would be. This movie has horror and humor balanced well. Dead snow is directed by Tommy Wirkola who has made Hollywood debut lately with 'Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters'.

• Dawn Of The Dead

Usually, Remakes doesn't work well but in case of 'Dawn Of The Dead' both the versions are worth watching. Surely, Both the versions (1978 and 2004) of this movie will take a position in every horror movie fan's favorites list.

• 28 Days Later

One of the best sci-fi horror movies of this era. This is one of the most sophisticated horror thriller which will generate true horror and dwelves deeper. The follow up of this movie, '28 Weeks Later' released in 2007 will surely impress you as well.

• Resident Evil

 A film made out of a horror game of the same name. The movie is combination of style, action, thriller and horror. Though the sequels didn't keep up the expectations, this one is an epic one for it's brilliant story and lead cast.

• [Rec]

 REC is a POV camera based spanish movie. The movie Quarantine released in 2008 is the American counterpart of this movie.

•  Shaun Of The Dead

 Released in 2004, Shaun of the Dead is one of the best rom zom com. Most of the comedy genre lovers will have this movie as one of the favorite movies of all time

• I Am Legend                    

This movie starring Will Smith actually had a greater potential to be the best movie ever. The movie was trimmed, the viewer left with many questions unanswered

and at the end a sudden brake to the thrill. The kind of horror movie creates within us is unexplainable and this movie is worth watching.
